I am the Founder and Managing Director of Thawun Consultancy. As an all-rounder within the business, I oversee day-to-day operations while also delivering and facilitating programs and services, building community connections, supporting clients, and driving the overall vision and growth of the organisation. 

 I saw a growing need for genuine, practical, and people-focused support within communities and workplaces. Through my personal and professional experiences, I recognised the importance of creating safe spaces for conversation, wellbeing, connection, and growth. I opened Thawun Consultancy to help bridge those gaps and provide services that create meaningful and lasting impact for individuals, organisations, and communities.  

I have held a variety of roles throughout my career across community, leadership, and frontline environments. I am a former emergency services worker and have also held executive-level positions, giving me experience across leadership, operations, and community engagement. I currently sit on boards for several not-for-profit organisations, where I continue contributing to community development, wellbeing, and positive social outcomes. 

 As someone with lived experience in mental health, I understand the real impact that challenges with wellbeing, stress, and emotional struggles can have on individuals, families, and communities. That experience motivates me to continue creating safe spaces for conversation, connection, support, and education. Knowing that even one conversation or service can make a positive difference in someone’s life is what continues to drive my passion for this work.  

Back yourself and never underestimate what you are capable of achieving. Growth takes time, challenges are part of the journey, and not every path will be straightforward, but consistency, resilience, and staying true to yourself can take you further than you ever imagined.
